Successful intergenerational dynasties nurture entrepreneurialism in the family to maintain that success. In this session we hear directly from families and individuals who have created significant wealth in their new country, and we ask: What are the key attributes of “the immigrant mindset” that create entrepreneurialism? What can the adversity and resilience demonstrated by successful immigrant entrepreneurs teach us about our own families? What are the succession challenges for successful first-gen immigrants?
